As you might know Facebook's put several limitations on a number of campaigns/ad sets/ads you can have under a single ad account. For instance you can have no more than 50 ads per ad set. Learn more about the limits here. A few of our customers reached out to us and asked for a delete Facebook ads item rule and we delivered, take a look at the example below:

TIpmidjune-3

This rule would delete an ad if all four conditions are met:

  1. You spent on an ad more than it returned in revenue during the last 30 days
  2. You spent on an ad over $1000 in the last 30 days
  3. An ad was created over 720 hours (30 days) ago
  4. Cost per app install is greater than $8 in the last 30 days.

If you run lots of ads and you keep hitting the limits then this kind of rule should be useful. But please be cautious, if the rule is triggered you won't be able to restore the deleted items. So in case you're not completely sure you've set the rules properly don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions!
